The Portfolio Exploration Tool is divided in two parts: module 1 gives you&nbsp;a&nbsp;quick snapshot&nbsp;of your organisation\u2019s capability for innovation; module 2 takes&nbsp;a more detailed look at your projects and which type of innovation&nbsp;your projects&nbsp;map to. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The tool&nbsp;is based&nbsp;on the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/oecd-opsi.org\/work-areas\/innovation-portfolios\/\" data-type=\"work-area\" data-id=\"27693\">Innovation Facets model<\/a>&nbsp;developed by the OECD. It will include a workshop component (physical or virtual) for reflection and to develop actions for amplifying or transitioning an organisational innovation portfolio as well as building portfolio management capability.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"accordion\"><div class=\"a-container\"><button class=\"a-btn\">Acknowledgements<span><\/span><\/button><div class=\"a-panel\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This tool and its underlying research was made possible by the European Commission Horizon 2020.
